 2: I've already lost my pet, what do I do now?

 

Don't worry, this is a very common situation that is never easy - which is why we are here to help! At this point we have options: we accept walk-ins to our facility during our normal hours of operation or Schedule a Pickup, either to your home or your preferred vet clinic.

 3. Individual Aquamation vs No-Return?

 

An individual aquamation service is the standard for families who want the cremains of their lost loved one back. We provide every individual aquamation an urn, an ink paw print, and a laser engraved nameplate. 

​

Our no-return aquamation is conducted in the same manner, but does not include return service. We provide this for people who do not want their pets cremains back. We scatter the ashes after a holding period of at least 30 days. Anyone can browse and purchase any of our memorial products here.

Every pet in our facility is treated with the same high level of respect, placed into their own compartment, and cremains kept tracked and separated at all time through our facility - until either handed to a client or scattered by us on private property in Ash Fork.

Q: Aquamation? How does it work...?

Q: I wasn't expecting so many veterinary fees, what are my options?

 

A: We understand the economic struggle, which is why we are the most economic choice for Aquamation in The Valley. If you are unable to pay for a return service up front we can accept payment for communal status and you can pay the difference at a later date. We provide this upon request so please call us for more information!

We will do everything in our power to keep you close to your loved ones and will not gatekeep you due to our pricing. 

 

Q: How do I get my pet to your facility?

 

A: Start by taking any time you need for yourself or your family. Carefully wrap your pet in a blanket or their favorite bedding. Transport them however you feel comfortable.

Once you arrive we can bring you into our grieving room for some privacy, while our team helps bring your pet inside. Then we will discuss any memorial items or preferences you might have or would like to see.

Q: How do I know this is my pet that you've returned to me?

A: This is something we take very seriously.

Once your pet arrives at our facility they receive a Unique Digital Tracking Number and Barcode from our Beloved Pet Software. Our second step is to assign a Unique Physical Stainless Steel Tag and we record that with your pets information in Beloved Pet. This metal tag stays with your pet during every step of the process.

This links both tracking numbers and the barcode together, they will only ever be used once, for your pet only.

Once the process is completed, your pet is placed with these identifiers under "Awaiting Pickup" status. When you arrive we confirm your pets info and the owners info matches with what we have on file, only then do we remove these identifiers, then proceed with the handoff directly to you. 

 

Q: I think my pet passed unnaturally.. can you help me find out how?

 

Unfortunately not really. There are local city or vet services that might be able to locate the true cause. We would not be able to do any extensive examination.

Our process is gentle enough that we can identify any non-organic materials that your pet may have consumed. This could be anything from pieces of their favorite toys or clothing, to something more serious like rocks or wood. Tell us your concerns and we are happy to share anything we find.
